Hit dishes of mine:)

                                         POTATO KURMA FOR POORI
                               (WITHOUT TOMATO)

                This is a very tasty and easy kurma for poori,chappathi,idly,dosa,rice too.You need not add tomatoes and i bet you will get hugs and compliments from your loved ones who taste it!

Ingredients Needed:

cinnamom stick-1
cloves-2
bay leaves-1
big onion-1 medium size
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
carrot-2
potato-2
chilli powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-2tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
curd-1tbsp
coconut
cashew-5 nos
garlic 3 nos(optional)
corainder leaves
salt as needed

Method:
1.Cut all vegetables and make a paste of coconut,cashew and garlic and keep it aside.
2.pour oil in the pan and add cinnamon,cloves,bay leaf.
3.Add onion,ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
4.Add all the powders,turmeric,chilli,coriander and add the vegetables and give a good stir.
5.Now add a spoon of curd stir it again and then add coconut cashew paste and add sufficient water .
6.check for salt and close the lid or pressure cook for 2 whistles.
7.garnish with coriander leaves once opened.

Your delicious kurma or gravy is ready!

Note:You can add chilli powder according to your spice level.taste it before you put on the whistle.you can also add any vegetables along with this and try.
